متطلبات تنمية الوعي بحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لدى طلاب جامعة دمياط

هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لمتطلبات تنمية الوعي بحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لدى طلاب جامعة دمياط، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (5903) من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة دمياط في العام الجامعي 2022/2023 وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من طلاب الكلية من الفرق الدراسية الأربعة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة الحالية (372) من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة دمياط بنسبة (6,3%)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : أن مستوى الوعي بالحقوق الصحية لذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في المرتبة الأولى، جاء على النحو التالي: ينص الدستور المصري لعام 2014 في مادته رقم (81) على إلتزام الدولة بضمان حقوق ذوي الإعاقة صحيًا، وأن مستوى الوعي بالحقوق التعليمية لذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في المرتبة الأولى، جاء على النحو التالي: يضمن الدستور المصري في المادة رقم (81) التزام الدولة بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في التعليم، وأن مستوى الوعي بالحقوق المهنية لذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في المرتبة الأولى، جاء على النحو التالي: تشترط اتفاقية حقوق ذوي الإعاقة بالأمم المتحدة في المادة (24) على الدول الأعضاء توفير نظام تعليمي شامل على جميع المستويات وتعلم مدى الحياة دون تمييز، وأن مستوى الوعي بالحقوق الترفيهية لذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في المرتبة الأولى، جاء على النحو التالي: تتوفر ملاعب مجهزة لذوي الإعاقة تضمن مشاركتهم في المسابقات الدولية والوطنية، وأن مستوى الوعي بالحقوق القانونية لذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في المرتبة الأولى، جاء على النحو التالي: تلزم  اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بالأمم المتحدة الدول الأعضاء على جعل ذوي الإعاقة والآخرين سواء أمام القانون.
 
Abstract
         The study aimed at developing a proposed perception of the Requirements of Developing Awareness of the Rights of People with Special Needs among Damietta University Students. The study used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for it. The study population consisted of (5903) students of the Faculty of Education at Damietta University in the academic year 2022/2023. A random sample of faculty students was selected from the students of the four academic levels. The current study sample amounted to (372) students of the Faculty of Education at Damietta University, with a percentage of (6.3%). The study reached the following results : The level of awareness of the health rights of people with disabilities, from the point of view of the study sample, in the first place, was as follows: The Egyptian Constitution of 2014, in its Article No. (81), stipulates the state's obligation to guarantee the health rights of persons with disabilities, and that the level of awareness of the educational rights of persons with disabilities, from the point of view of the study sample, in the first place, was as follows: The Egyptian constitution guarantees, in Article No. (81), the state's commitment to the educational rights of persons with disabilities, and that the level of awareness of the occupational rights of people with disabilities, from the point of view of the study sample,  in the first place, was as follows: The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in Article (24), requires States Parties to provide an inclusive education system at all levels and lifelong learning without discrimination, and that the level of awareness of the recreational rights of people with disabilities, from the point of view of the study sample, in the first place, was as follows: There are equipped playgrounds for people with disabilities that guarantee their participation in international and national competitions, and that the level of awareness of the legal rights of people with disabilities, from the point of view of the study sample, in the first place, was as follows: the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities obliges States Parties to make persons with disabilities and others equal before the law .
